THE MERAKI STORY

Soul, craft, and a narrow strip of earth.

Meraki is a Greek word: to pour yourself into the work. We named the coffee for that idea — and for a farm that still picks by hand on the mountains of Kona Coffee District.
THE SLOPES

Cultivated on Volcanic Slopes.

Our premium beans thrive exclusively within a narrow strip of pristine volcanic soil on the mountains of Kona Coffee District, utilizing natural drainage and high altitudes to develop sugars slowly for an extraordinarily dense, flavorful harvest.

That belt of earth is not interchangeable. Elevation, mineral-rich soil, and drainage do the slow work. We do not blend it away.

THE BREEZE

The Convergence of Fire & Sea Air.

Every morning, bright Hawaiian sunshine warms the soil. By afternoon, cool Pacific ocean breezes roll up the mountainside, generating natural cloud cover that shields our fragile coffee cherries from intense heat. This daily microclimate engine is nature's perfect recipe for gourmet coffee.

The Process

Artisanal Integrity, Hand-Selected.

We do not use mass-harvesting machinery. Our single-estate partner farm hand-picks only perfectly crimson cherries at absolute peak maturity. Meticulously washed and sun-dried on traditional wooden racks, we preserve the pure origin notes of dark chocolate and caramel from seed to cup.
